Locating the Highlands Building

Driving Directions

The Highlands church building is located in Lakeland, Florida (South Lakeland/Highlands City area) on the northeast corner of the Lakeland Highlands Road / Peterson Road intersection. We're just a couple blocks north of George Jenkins High School. Look for the Highlands logo (a heart with a cross in the center) on our street sign. (The sign is white with blue lettering.)

From North Lakeland:

Start heading south on US Highway 98.

Turn right onto Clubhouse Drive.

Turn left onto Lakeland Highlands Road.

We are on the left at the next stop light (Peterson Road).

From Mulberry:

Start heading north on State Road 37.

Turn right onto County Road 540A.

Turn left onto Lakeland Highlands Road.

We are on the right at the 2nd stop light (Peterson Road).

From Bartow:

Start heading north on US Highway 98.

Turn left onto County Road 540A.

Turn right onto Lakeland Highlands Road.

We are on the right at the 2nd stop light (Peterson Road).

From Winter Haven:

Start heading west on Winter Lake Road (C.R. 540).

Turn left onto US Highway 98 South.

Turn right onto Clubhouse Drive.

Turn left onto Lakeland Highlands Road.

We are on the left at the next stop light (Peterson Road).

From Orlando (I-4 East):

Start heading west on I-4.

Exit at State Road 570 (Polk Parkway) *TOLL* ($2.25).

Take Polk Parkway to the Lakeland Highlands Road exit.

Turn left at the end of the exit ramp.

Go through 3 stop lights (after turning).

We are on the left at the 4th stop light (Peterson Road).

From Tampa (I-4 West):

Start heading east on I-4.

Exit at State Road 570 (Polk Parkway) *TOLL* ($1.00).

Take Polk Parkway to the Lakeland Highlands Road exit.

Turn right at the end of the exit ramp.

Go through 3 stop lights (after turning).

We are on the left at the 4th stop light (Peterson Road).
