Are you allowing Christ's sacrifice on the Cross to impact your life today?
Friday
The most intense day of suffering in history.
That infamous Friday was a day of:
- Anguish
- "And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground." - Luke 22:44
- Betrayal
- "...but Jesus asked him, 'Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?'" - Luke 22:48
- Ridicule
- "They spit on him, and took the staff and struck him on the head again and again. After they had mocked him..." - Matthew 28:30
- Torture
- "But he had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified." - Matthew 27:26
- Abandonment
- "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" - Matthew 27:46
- Death
- "And when Jesus had cried out in again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit." - Matthew 27:50
Luke 22:53 -- But this is your hour--when darkness reigns.
What a Difference Three Days Make!
He is Risen!

- Launches Us
